“Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area.”

“Clean room. No Do Not Disturb sign. Housekeeping only late in the day even though they were asked to do it while we were gone all morning. Noisy guests. Uncomfortable mattress. No bottled water despite the sticker on the fridge. No microwave. No lunch options on-site. Breakfast not included. Breakfast menu items limited and not great quality. ”

“The property was nice with excellent staff. It was very clean. Breakfast was great and the area was well stocked. Gym was great. We did spend time on the pool as well. Pool was a little cloudy but towels were clean and warm.”

“This hotel is set up in an area straight out a Of a lifetime movie or something. It was perfect. The staff were very great and they had hospitality down. I asked about nearby restaurants and got a sheet with highlighted places that were her favorites. When we were leaving we asked for ice in our cups and she took them and filled them for us. We only stayed overnight so we didn't get to check out the gym. The breakfast was really great. There were options for healthy eaters as well. Sugar free...
