“Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area.”

“Staff pleasant, sufficient amenities like functional microwave, fridge, in room coffee maker. continental "plus" breakfast (sausage patties and eggs precooked somewhere between poached and fried available so at least there's a hot component), decent coffee, good enough blackout curtain to guard your sleep. The area looked nice and there's a Dutch Bros coffee across the street which for us is a plus.”

“The area was nice. I booked a room with 2 queen beds but got a room with one king and they wouldn’t switch rooms to what I booked. The room was ant infested and there was a used nicotine pouch on the floor when we walked in. The pullout couch was dirty as well. ”

“The room was spacious and clean. A wall between both would have made for nicer accommodations. Breakfast was okay. They need to invest in better coffee and make sure it is always hot. The last night was not so great. It seems that a ball team was staying there and they were loud in the hallway until midnight talking, running, and slamming doors. Location felt very safe. “Very clean hotel overall. Towels are self-service—you need to go downstairs to exchange them and return the used ones to get fresh ones. Hair dryers must be signed out at the front desk, and you’ll need to sign a form and return it at checkout. The parking lot has no cameras, but they do ask for your car information. Also, there’s no complimentary late checkout—and you can’t even pay for extra time. So if you’re tired and hoping to get a bit more rest, be aware that checkout is strictly at 11...

“This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in Mason in all my visits. Extremely overpriced. I paid $180 per night for two nights. Check in was not good. I could barely understand what the front desk guy was saying. The room was very small, dated and musty smelling. There was no USB port in the room! Breakfast sucked. The eggs weren't real. I'm not sure what they were made out of. The English muffin was cold with no way to toast it. I will never stay here again.”

“Leider war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft nicht besonders angenehm. Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel auf, dass sich viele Tierhaare im Bett befanden, was keinen sehr sauberen Eindruck gemacht hat. Zusätzlich roch es im Badezimmer unangenehm, was den Aufenthalt noch weniger komfortabel machte und insgesamt kein gutes Gefühl hinterlassen hat. Sauberkeit ist für uns ein sehr wichtiger Punkt bei einer Unterkunft, daher war ich von diesem Aufenthalt leider etwas enttäuscht.”
