Hotel a Lungofiume Cincinnati Riverfront

“It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. As I communicated the issue with the management company via text, I couldn't tell if I was...

“Nice hotel in a central location. Parking (valet) is $50/day with in and out privileges. On the day I left, instead of pulling into one of the spaces open at the curb, the valet opted instead to throw on my car’s hazards in the middle of 4th Street, backing up traffic. “The hotel is, overall, old. Cleanliness is poor. The room is cleaned occasionally, and only after strong insistence at the reception, despite the hotel website stating the daily housekeeping of rooms. The staff is not friendly and inefficient. The room rate is too high for the offered service. ”

“Great location”

“The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the onsite restaurant, our meal was delicious.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good.”

“I loved the property. I just didn't like the parking arrangement”

“it was not the best neighborhood and considering the front door had to be locked even during the day and staff would not say the room number out loud for security, and cars were broken into over night, wasnt the safest place I've ever stayed. the staff was all friendly and helpful.”

“Good breakfast. TV and service bad. Customer service lacking.”
